The recruitment process at Wobbi Logix typically involves a few stages, depending on the role. The first stage is to submit your application online. Once we receive that, our talent acquisition team will then review your application. If it looks like a good fit, we'll give you a quick call to ask you a few questions e.g., what attracted you to apply? What are your career aspirations? How would we best support you in the role you've applied for? Etc. Next, you may be invited to an interview with the hiring manager or a panel of interviewers. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete skills testing (tech test). Finally, if you are the successful candidate, you will receive a job offer, which may be contingent on passing a background check or other pre-employment requirements.
